Statutory Audit Services
We provide statutory audit services for companies that are required to have their financial statements audited under the Singapore Companies Act. Our audit approach involves understanding the company’s business operations, evaluating internal controls, and performing audit procedures to obtain sufficient evidence supporting the financial statements.
The objective of the audit is to enable the auditor to express an independent opinion on whether the financial statements present a true and fair view in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Our audit services are conducted in accordance with Singapore Standards on Auditing and applicable regulatory requirements.
In addition to statutory audits, the firm performs special purpose audit engagements where independent verification is required for specific reporting purposes. These may include engagements relating to grant verification, turnover certification, or financial due diligence.
The firm also performs agreed-upon procedures engagements and review engagements, where limited assurance or factual findings are required over specific financial information.
